The Help Desk can help you resolve many problems you may encounter.  Before contacting the Help Desk be sure to view the below information, if you still have problems contact the Help Desk and make sure to provide very detailed information so that we may better assist you.  "I have not received any email in the last hour when I know someone just sent me an email" gives us more information than, "I'm having issues with email".

 

We also have a Work-at-home Software Agreement that allows employees to get software for use at home.  List of current software available under this agreement are as follows:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Antivirus software

To get the software please follow the below instructions:

Printing Instructions
Please print out the Microsoft Work-at-Home agreement utilizing one page (two
sided). If that is not possible, a copy of the document is available at the Help
Desk.

Instructions for fulfillment
Fill out the document and submit it to your supervisor for approval.
Once approved submit the document to the Help Desk for order fulfillment.
