Nutrition Information, Physical Fitness, Weight Loss Management.  Here you can become a member and chart your blood pressure, weight, glucose, pulse and cholesterol.  For those of you with palm pilots, you can download software that will allow you to login from your palm.

Diet & Exercise Assistant
If you have a PDA, this software is great.  In the deluxe version of Diet & Exercise you get two products, one for logging your food intake and one for tracking your exercise.  Also includes a journal entry to make notes on your progress.  It has a free version you can download and try before you buy.
